【摘要】 针对延迟焦化冷焦水处理过程中的污染问题及干法脱硫过程中的爆炸问题,提出了用水封型浮顶罐代替传统的拱形冷焦水罐。介绍了湿法脱硫中碱法存在的问题,指出了胺法脱硫的有利因素。
【英文摘要】 For pollution in the disposal process of coke-cooling water from delayed coking unit and explosion in desulfuration by dry process,utilizing hydraulic seal type floating roof tank to replace arch form coke-cooling water tank is proposed.Furthermore,problems in alkaline method of desulfuration by wet process are introduced.At the same time,advantages of amine method of desulfuration by wet process are discussed in detail.
