【摘要】 针对耙式浓缩机药剂添加的工艺要求,开发了药剂添加自动控制系统,实现了浓缩机药剂随入料矿浆浓度、流量、溢水浊度变化而自动添加的闭环跟踪控制,有效地解决了煤泥水处理中洗水污染、药剂浪费、细粒级煤回收等问题,确保了选煤厂耙式浓缩机高效稳定运行。
【英文摘要】 The medicament accession auto-control system was developed on the technics requirement of adding medicament to harrow concentrator.We achieved the closed control of adding medicament automatically according to the concentration,flux and overfall turbidity of ore pulp,settled the problems of water pollution,medicament waste,and reclaim of granule coal during the treatment of coal slime water,and assured the efficiency and steady running of harrow concentrator.
